At Sephora, everyone belongs. We strive to build inclusive communities by welcoming, developing, and advancing the best diverse talent. One of the ways we do that in the United States is by providing employment opportunities to people with disabilities. Our distribution centers are leading the way by creating accessible environments that welcome talent with disabilities. A structured nine-week training program, a commitment to equal pay for equal work, and equitable performance standards are some of the ways we respect the dignity of our employees with disabilities and value talent in all its forms.
