Sephora believes respect makes for a more beautiful outcome. That is why we will never stop building a community where diversity is expected, self-expression is honored, all are welcomed, and you are included.
One way Sephora cultivates diversity and inclusion is through our SephoraIN programs which build a welcoming community for all Sephora employees and guests.
We understand that all of us bring unconscious bias to the workplace. SephoraIN facilitates training to develop practical strategies for inclusion. We also host speaker series and awareness events for our employees to broaden their understanding on important topics.
We are most productive when we feel safe in our workplace. SephoraIN seeks to cultivate positive spaces and provides resource groups and support programs for multiple employee communities.
Diverse and inclusive teams are more successful. We seek to attract and hire employees from underrepresented communities. See open positions and what it’s like to work at Sephora here.

One in three women and one in seven men are victims of domestic violence according to recent research. At Sephora we’re committed internally to raising awareness and removing the stigma of sharing about domestic violence.
SEPHORA CARES is a program developed to offer resources for anyone in our Sephora family threatened by domestic violence. The program also includes training to ensure Sephora employees are equipped to connect those in abusive situations with local professionals trained to respond.
If you are a victim of domestic violence, please know there are many caring organizations standing by ready to help you.
